Once you have found a property or plot of land that you are interested in, we will be there with the best possible advice. At W.B.P. we work with a number of trusted associates in Varna and can therefore give you the very best service. Should you wish to arrange a
viewing trip (which is recommended) we will arrange a representative to meet you at the airport and to take you to your pre-arranged accommodation, and to the properties you wish to view.
When you are unsure of where to go, especially in a foreign country with a different language, viewing properties could be a time consuming and costly business, so we offer you
free viewing trips* if you buy your property through our representative. If you want to view two or three properties, no problem! Travelling with a representative from the area you will find out all the information you need regarding places of interest and receive advice regarding local prices and customs.
Unfortunately we cannot absorb this cost if you decide against buying your property in Bulgaria and you will be charged for time and petrol etc. Possible charges will be fully explained to you before you commence your viewing trip.
We suggest that you have two or three properties to look at before travelling to Bulgaria to avoid a potentially wasted
viewing trip. You must also be aware that, should you find a house you wish to purchase that you have the appropriate funds with you with which to legally reserve it.
Generally the seller will expect a down payment of 10% of the purchase price. The legal papers will be quickly prepared by our legal representative whilst you are still in Bulgaria.
Of course during the term of your
viewing trip, other properties may come on the market and perhaps be of interest to you. Our representative will keep you fully informed of any developments, and should you wish to view further properties will be only too please to take you.
