us with the details and supply a number of photos to show. Interior and well as exterior photos are a good idea. Buyers like to see the property for sale from as many angles as possible. Good interior photos are as important as exterior ones. They give the buyer a good idea of the standard of the property, therefore photos of walls, floors and ceilings, especially those with special features such as wooden beams or coloured ceramic tiles are recommended. An overview of any facilities available in the village would also be appropriate, local shops, post office etc. Local places of interest and distances to larger towns, beaches or resorts may also give your property more appeal. Please supply as many details as possible.
Property details should of course include: Price, number of rooms (and sizes of) one floor or two, inside or outside toilet, whether electric and water is connected, the M2 of house and any surrounding land. Please do not forget to include any out buildings which may be on the land no matter if they are in need of repair or not, they will add a little extra to the charm of your property and many people may have plans of restoring properties such as these. Finally do not be afraid to supply a photo or two of any surrounding landscapes of natural beauty, distant mountain ranges, forests or sea views.
